The mission of Pathways for Purpose is to empower individuals experiencing homelessness by strengthening their faith, equipping them with workforce and life-readiness skills, and guiding them toward stable employment and affordable housing.
We believe every person has dignity, potential, and a purpose.
Our work begins by meeting people where they are and walking alongside them with compassion, practical support, accountability, and hope.
Pathways for Purpose brings together four essential areas of personal restoration:
Faith.
Helping individuals renew their relationship with Jesus Christ and develop a foundation of faith, hope, identity, and purpose.
Employment.
Providing the skills, preparation, coaching, and connections necessary to pursue meaningful and sustainable employment.
Life Readiness.
Equipping individuals with practical skills, financial knowledge, personal accountability, and the confidence needed to build greater independence.
Housing.
Helping individuals navigate the resources and relationships necessary to move toward safe, stable, and affordable housing.
When these areas work together, individuals have the opportunity to move beyond immediate crisis and begin building a sustainable future.
We envision a community where every person can rediscover purpose, grow spiritually, gain economic independence, and live in safe, stable housing.
We know that meaningful change doesn't happen overnight.
It happens one relationship, one opportunity, one decision, and one step at a time.
That's the Pathway for Purpose.
Every person's story is different.
That's why Pathways for Purpose takes a relationship-driven approach rather than offering a one-size-fits-all program. Participants receive individualized support based on their spiritual, personal, and practical needs.
We believe lasting change happens when people are treated with dignity, given genuine encouragement, equipped with practical tools, and connected to a community that believes in their potential.
Pathways for Purpose exists to help individuals move from crisis toward stability, from dependence toward independence, and from simply surviving toward living with purpose.
